Open to all levels and abilities, this soothing class emphasizes basic postures with attention to breathing, alignment, and mindfulness. Moving at a slower pace, there is ample time to explore and settle into poses. Supportive props will be used to find the most comfortable positions and help the body fully unwind. Meditation and relaxation techniques will also be introduced to relieve stress and bring balance.
