The staff, both PT's and their assistants, are friendly, informative, and patient-oriented. Eric Castagner in particular has been instrumental in helping me regain range of motion and rebuild strength after a total reverse shoulder replacement. I appreciate his delving into the details of my post op report to inform how he designs my program. I believe Eric Coughlin as director has done a great job of building a solid team of professionals at the Redmond clinic.
