Josh Hagemeyer, PT, DPT

Josh grew up in Grants Pass, Oregon and later moved to Eugene where he graduated from the University of Oregon. While at the U of O he played football from 2001-2005 and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Human Physiology. After becoming a personal trainer, Josh returned to school to receive his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University and graduated in the top of his class with honors.

Josh is currently pursuing advanced certifications as a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist and Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist. He enjoys working with a variety of musculoskeletal disorders of both the spine and extremities in the young and aging population. Josh’s clinical interests include rehabilitation of sports injuries, repetitive overuse injuries, post-surgical conditions, dizziness/vestibular rehabilitation, and manual therapy. Josh is a Certified Golf Medical Professional through the Titleist Performance Institute as well as certified in ASTYMTM, an instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization technique.

Josh loves the outdoors. His hobbies include kayaking, fishing, golfing, camping, and hiking. Josh enjoys spending time with his wife Kari, who works as a special education teacher, and his children Griffin and Ella.

Mariah Osborne, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Mariah grew up in the Springfield area and pursued her Bachelor’s Degree at Oregon State University. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Exercise and Sport Science, with an emphasis on Pre-Therapy in 2003. She later graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Mariah began her career working in an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Kirkland, WA. In 2007, she returned to her home state of Oregon and joined Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy shortly after.

Mariah’s clinical interests include pediatrics, rehabilitation from sports injuries, post-surgical conditions, repetitive stress injuries, and manual therapy. She is certified in ASTYMTM , an instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization technique.

In her free time, Mariah enjoys spending time with her husband Peter and her two daughters, Eliana and Amaris. Her hobbies include camping, hiking, sewing, crocheting, and reading.
