Trisha Kosloff

Trisha Kosloff, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Trisha Kosloff earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She also graduated from Nazareth College in Rochester with a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy, and received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon. In 2008, Trisha moved back to Oregon and began working with outpatient orthopedics and subacute inpatient populations. Trisha began working with Therapeutic Associates in Eugene in 2012. She enjoys working in orthopedics and has strong interests in manual therapy.

Outside of the clinic, Trisha enjoys expanding her culinary skills, photography, outdoor adventures, and spending time with her family and friends.


Cody Walkup, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Cody earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology/Pre-Medicine from Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota, where he also played soccer all four years. He obtained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Iowa.

Cody enjoys working with patients with various backgrounds and conditions, and coming alongside each patient to help them to achieve their goals utilizing individualized manual therapy, exercise and injury education. He has specific interests in sports rehabilitation and injury prevention, vertigo, and chronic pain.

When Cody is not in the office, he enjoys staying active and being outside, whether that is snow-skiing, playing soccer or golf, or riding his motorcycle. He also enjoys reading good books, listening to podcasts, and cooking good food.

Michaela Ciofreddi, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Michaela grew up in New Hampshire and attended Ithaca College in New York, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Clinical Health Studies and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. During her undergraduate year, she competed on the cross-country and track & field team, and was an assistant coach while in graduate school.

Michaela enjoys working with individuals of all ages and diagnoses to help them return to their passions in life. She has a special interest in working with the Spanish-speaking population, youth athletes and outdoor recreationists. Regardless of one’s background, Michaela is excited to help all individuals return to the things they love doing in life.

In her free time, she enjoys exploring hiking trails, running, rock climbing, and seeing all the wonders of the Pacific Northwest.
