Garrett Olson first became interested in physical therapy after fracturing his leg in high school athletics. He achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Physiology at the University of Oregon, with minors in psychology and business administration. He graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Regis University in Denver, Colorado. During graduate school he assisted in raising service dogs for individuals with disabilities through Canine Companions for Independence. He has returned to his hometown to pursue an orthopedic residency and is especially interested in manual therapy. He is a member of the Orthopedic Section of the American Physical Therapy Association and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists. Garrett enjoys staying active with running and weight lifting. His favorite outdoor activities are snowboarding and jet skiing. In his free time, he also enjoys playing the guitar and cooking.
