Aleksey Lavrinenko

Aleksey Lavrinenko, PT, DPT

Practice Manager | Physical Therapist

Aleksey grew up in the great state of Ohio, where he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Ohio University. During his time as an Ohio University Bobcat, Aleksey took special interest and led a research study focusing on running gait assessment using 3-dimensional video assessment software and force instrumented treadmills. Since graduation, he has continued honing his skills by pursuing further education in manual therapy techniques and has become certified as a professional BikeFit fitter. Aleksey enjoys working with all varieties of patients, but his special interests include runners, cyclists, and those with vertigo and dizziness disorders.

In addition to his full-time work, Aleksey also continues his education as an Orthopedic Clinical Resident through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy. In his spare time, he enjoys working out, hiking with his dog, mountain biking, road cycling, snowboarding, and other outdoor activities.

Jason Zhao

Jason Zhao, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Jason grew up in Delaware and graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelors in Exercise Science and Physiology and went on to finish their doctorate of physical therapy program. After graduating, he then moved to Oregon in search of some real mountains and a natural playground.

Professionally, he has experience working with a variety of orthopedic conditions, ranging from plantar fasciitis, sciatica, postural dysfunctions, lifting and pushing mechanics, work place ergonomics, all the way up to TMJ pain and headaches.

Jason has a special interest in working with runners, cyclists, climbers, golfers and soccer athletes. He is a certified ASTYM and Sportsmetrics provider that utilizes evidenced based research in sports related knee stability training and ACL reconstruction rehabilitation. Additionally, he has training in pain management and pain neuroscience which is useful in management of all ailments. He seeks to help his patients improve and maintain overall function in both their personal and professional lives.

In his free time, Jason likes to mountain bike, go hiking and backpacking, and explore the wonderful areas that Oregon has to offer.
