I picked TAI a bit blindly — I needed to get something lined up after knee replacement, and the facilities I already knew were booked out for months. TAI got me all lined up with twice-weekly visits with a single phone call. I’m so glad I found Michelle and Denzil and the team! They get results with just the right mix of compassion, integrity, skill and good humor. I love the phone app system for keeping track of routines. From the front desk greeting hello to the “see ya next time” at the end, I feel like I’m in good, caring hands.

I am 42 and having dealt with chronic lower back pain since I was a teenager. I've managed the pain by staying active my entire life and stretching frequently. However, the pain finally got bad enough this winter that it was inhibiting my everyday activities like sleeping, driving, and exercising so I self-referred to physical therapy. I wish I had done this 20 years ago!

In 8 sessions, my back feels better than it has in decades. The shape of my lower back and torso is different, so significantly so that my mom asked what I was doing differently before I told her that I was going to physical therapy.

I was shocked to see and feel the difference that 8 weeks can make! I was diligent in following the treatment plan and doing the exercises and stretches that Michelle and Denzil prescribed. I have a better understanding of my anatomy and the things I can do for the rest of my life to keep my back strong and pain free.

If you are in pain or struggling with mobility, do yourself a huge favor and give Therapeutic Associates a call.
