We take pride in providing individualized care that teaches each patient from 9-90 to move their body more safely and leads to remarkable results. Our staff has advanced training in orthopedic and manual therapy and we strive to remain at the forefront of healthcare education and movement science research, so those we treat receive the most advanced, dynamic care available.

Like a lot of athletes, physical therapist Matt Rogers grew up in the “no pain, no gain” world. This line of thinking, it turns out, has been applied inappropriately to a lot of things in our lives.
As physical therapists, we hear a lot of questions related to the infamous hamstring muscles! Many of these questions are centered around the impact of a painful hamstring during running. We are going to tackle this one question at a time.
Some people just simply wake up dizzy one morning – the room is spinning and then, eventually, it settles down and feels normal again. But, if the feeling as if the room is spinning comes back every time you move your head in a certain way or you move your head quickly, you may have something called vertigo.
