Zach Jones - Beaverton Physical Therapy

Zach Jones, PT, DPT

Clinic Director | Physical Therapist

Zach has been director of Beaverton Physical Therapy since 2005 and has been working for TAI Beaverton since 2001.  He received his undergraduate degree from Boston College and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northwestern University. Zach has achieved Level III training from the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT) and has certification in ASTYM and Sportsmetrics for ACL prevention. In his spare time, Zach enjoys golfing, biking, and spending time with his wife, Kim, and twin daughters, Courtney and Kelsey.

Shanda McCormick - Beaverton Physical Therapy

Shanda McCormick, PT, DPT, ATC

Physical Therapist

Shanda has been working for Beaverton Physical Therapy since 2003. She received her undergraduate degree in Sports Medicine from Linfield College and is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC). Shanda went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Puget Sound in 2003. She is also certified in ASTYM.

Cathy Sloan - Beaverton Physical Therapy

Cathy has been working at Beaverton Physical Therapy since 1996. She received her undergraduate degree from St. Lawrence in New York and her Master’s of Physical Therapy at Pacific University. Cathy enjoys skiing, running, biking, playing soccer, and spending time with her family.

Bailey Ouellette - South Hillsboro Physical Therapy

Bailey Ouellette, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Bailey was born and raised in the Beaverton area. She is pleased to be working in the community she grew up in, having worked at Beaverton Physical Therapy for over 5 years. She has a competitive sports background and has spent a large portion of her continued academic focus and special interest in serving the pediatric population.

Bailey adopted a passion for working with kids in the rehabilitation setting while completing an internship with Child Development and Rehabilitation Center (CDRC), at Doernbecher’s Children’s Hospital. After receiving her Master’s in physical therapy, she furthered her education at the University of Medical Sciences Arizona where she received her doctorate of physical therapy with an emphasis in pediatrics.

She strives toward providing holistic care that serves the patient and their family to the best of her ability, taking extra time and effort when needed. She possesses a sense of humility, compassion and empathy when working with patients, working well with varying family circumstances. She encourages and practices interdisciplinary care and communication to help meet the many needs of children and families seeking care.

Jillian Spink - Beaverton Physical Therapy

Jillian Spink, PT, DPT

Jillian has been working with Beaverton Physical Therapy since 2015. She received her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from the University of Toledo in 2012. She went on to receive her Clinical Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northwestern University in 2015. In addition to orthopedic conditions, she treats neurological and vestibular issues. In her spare time, Jillian enjoys hiking, reading, and sports.

Nathaniel Correia, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Nathaniel is a native Oregonian with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise & Sports Science from Oregon State University in 2013. After college, he worked as an Aide at Therapeutic Associates Scholls Physical Therapy before returning to school to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine, Austin, Texas in 2017.

Nathaniel enjoys working with patients of all ages and various conditions to achieve goals through an individualized treatment approach. Nathaniel’s primary interests are manual therapy and sports medicine. Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, basketball and soccer.

Michele Owens - Beaverton Physical Therapy

Michele Owens, PTA, ATC

Physical Therapist Assistant

Michele has been with Beaverton Physical Therapy since 2003. She received her undergraduate degree in sports medicine from Coe College in Cedar Rapids, IA in 2003, where she was also captain of the women’s soccer team. She went on to get her PTA degree from Mt Hood Community College in 2010. Michele is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) and is also certified in Sportsmetrics for ACL prevention.

Tara Gronsdahl - Beaverton Physical Therapy

Physical Therapist Assistant

Tara has worked for Therapeutic Associates since 2009. She received her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from New Mexico Highlands University in 2005, where she was also part of the women’s basketball team. She went on to get her PTA degree at Mt Hood Community College in 2015. Tara is an alumni of Aloha High School. In her spare time, she enjoys playing/coaching basketball, hiking, and spending time with her husband and family.

Stephanie Glassick - Beaverton Physical Therapy

Administrative Coordinator

Stephanie has been with Therapeutic Associates since 2016, transferring to the Beaverton office in 2018. She received her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and Physical Education from McDaniel College. Since moving to the Beaverton area she has been fostering dogs and spending every sunny day outdoors. Stephanie enjoys hiking, camping, and beach days with her family.
