Is it difficult for you to reach over your head, put something on a high shelf, pick up your child or grandchild, put on your jacket or seatbelt, or do you have a hard time getting to sleep at night because of shoulder pain? If so you likely need to learn more about the rotator cuff and what you can do to prevent problems with your shoulder. In this community workshop lecture we will go in depth about what causes you to have these problems, why they happen, and what you can do today to solve your particular shoulder issue!

Summer Strength Program for High School Mid/Long Distance Runners July 02, 2018 - August 31, 2018 | 7am - 8am

Serious about improving your performance? Running specialist Chloe Hallyburton, DPT, has designed an 8-week training program that will include strength training, injury prevention, footwear education, and gait analysis. This program includes two 1-hour sessions per week over the summer. This is the optimal time for you to train in the off-season to prepare your body for the fall season!
