About

Brenda specializes in treating men, women, and children with pelvic health diagnosis including bladder and bowel incontinence, urinary frequency and urgency, constipation, painful intercourse, pelvic pain, tailbone pain, prolapse, nighttime wetting, and women who are pregnant and/or postpartum. In addition to pelvic health, Brenda has also completed in depth study in the treatment of persistent pain, cancer rehab including lymphedema, cancer related fatigue, scar tissue, shoulder/breast/and pelvic pain, and has taken numerous courses in trauma informed care.

Brenda truly listens to her clients and strives to create a therapeutic relationship with them to create a safe and comfortable space where treatment can ensue. She looks at each person and uses her extensive skill set to treat the most complex problems and assist her clients in meeting their goals. She is passionate about physical therapy and helping people understand what they can do to help themselves live their lives to the fullest.

Brenda has also been a frequent guest speaker at Providence St Vincent’s new Mom’s group, spoken at Senior centers and other community events on pelvic health and prevention/treatment of urinary incontinence, taught persistent pain classes and mentored many therapists over the last 25 years. She loves teaching both her patients and her colleagues and sharing ideas and strategies to help people meet their goals and enjoy their lives.

She enjoys spending time with her husband, two boys and dog while exercising and playing in the great outdoors.
