Carol Pfeifer-Brown, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

Carol was incredibly excited to join the team at Therapeutic Associates Bethany Physical Therapy after receiving her Physical Therapist Associates Degree from Mount Hood Community College. She is a native Oregonian, having graduated from Hillsboro High School, attending Portland State University and earning her BA in Music from Pacific University in the mid 90’s.

Her passion for fitness began early as a student athlete in high school and college. This love of fitness led her to encourage others as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. As is often the case, her introduction to physical therapy came while rehabbing from injury herself. This first-hand experience instilled an understanding of not only the physical and emotional demands that recovery from injury requires, but also the necessity of making a life-long commitment to the prevention of re-injury and general wellness. Good health is not a static state of being, like life it is ever-changing and evolving. It requires conscious and constant effort to maintain. Carol is committed to supporting people on their own journey back to health and wellness.

Carol’s greatest passion is spending time with her husband Derek, and their two children, Chayse and Bo.
