Vicky received her massage license and began practicing in 2010. She holds a BS in Exercise & Movement Science and General Science from the University of Oregon. Vicky’s primary massage focus is on deep tissue techniques for muscle recovery and injury prevention.
Her appreciation for massage therapy began as a track & field and cross-country athlete for the University of Oregon. After graduation, Vicky continued running and competing internationally on the track. Whether training at home or competing in Europe, she relied on regular appointments with massage therapists to keep her healthy. She received a wide variety of sports massage techniques and has a first-hand understanding of the impact massage provides to training and recovery.
Vicky values the importance of listening to a client’s concerns and understanding their background in order to deliver a quality massage. Combining her education and a real understanding of sports massage, she helps those ranging from weekend warriors to elite athletes achieve their health, fitness, and athletic goals.
Vicky enjoys running, swimming, hiking, camping, and exploring Oregon with her husband, three children, and two boxer dogs.
