Natalie is a nationally certified Personal Trainer through ACE (American Council on Exercise) and NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). She has been a Personal Trainer for the past four years and has had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients during this time. She enjoys helping people accomplish a variety of goals, whether recovering from a stroke or helping triathletes increase their strength and endurance, to everything else in between. She is an expert in customizing personal programs that consider each individual’s specific goals, concerns, strengths, and weaknesses. She is also currently advancing her education towards becoming a Physical Therapy Assistant.
In her spare time, Natalie enjoys running and has competed in a variety of different distance races. She most recently completed three sprint triathlons and continues to train and improve for future races.
Natalie enjoys connecting with people and helping them discover their unique strengths. She believes in a holistic approach to fitness and understands the value in teaching sustainability in an exercise program. Being educated in nutrition, Natalie is also a great resource for the “gut-brain” concept, which is the relationship of how our hormones affect weight gain and loss.
