This Movement Arts Project was launched in an effort to create a safe space to maintain healthy movement for all, beyond the rehabilitation process. Located on the upper level of our clinic, our light & airy boutique studio, nicknamed the MAP studio, is host to a variety of fitness classes, wellness workshops and other special events.

All are welcome to join us in this project to maintain healthy bodies. So, kick off your weekend with a group run around the neighborhood, unwind from your day with a relaxing yoga class, or keep up your body maintenance with a private Pilates session. However you choose to “Get Moving” with us, we hope you love the experience.
