About

Tim graduated in 1992 from Northwestern University Medical School, Programs in Physical Therapy with his Master of Physical Therapy degree. In May 2012, he graduated from Regis University with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) with honors.

Tim is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. He has completed his Fellowship and Certification in Manual Therapy (COMT) with the North American Institute of Manual Therapy (NAIOMT). Completion of the fellowship included written and practical examination and acceptance of his fellowship project on advanced competency in manual therapy. Tim is a Clinical Fellowship Instructor (CFI) for the North American Institute of Manual Therapy. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy (FAAOMPT), and as a CFI, he will continue to advance the Hillsboro Physical Therapy staff’s skills in an effort to establish the clinic as a leader, both locally and regionally, in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Tim was honored in 2017 with the Therapeutic Associates Master Clinician “Clinical Excellence” Award.

Tim is a full-time treating clinician who has a passion for patient care, and he appreciates complicated conditions and their effect on his patients. He enjoys the quest to seek solutions and methods to maximize function and reduce pain for patients based on a combination of his clinical expertise and relevant evidence. He and his staff work hard to provide both clinical excellence and unparalleled customer service.

Outside of Clinical Practice, Tim is involved with the leadership of Therapeutic Associates. He has served on Therapeutic Associates Board of Director’s since 2007. He is the past chair of the Investment and Finance Committees for Therapeutic Associates. Tim completed his Master of Business Administration in Health Industry Leadership with Honors from with Regis University in 2018. He has a passion for using his clinical and business knowledge to assist with the health and care of our staff, patients, and communities.

Outside of work, you can find Tim and his wife of 25 years, cheering on their three athletic children. They include a collegiate alpine ski racer, collegiate rower, and a high school optional gymnast. Tim has a passion for running, skiing, and anything active outdoors.
