Physical Therapist Assistant
  • Registered Yoga Teacher

Caroline graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Mt. Hood Community College in 2010 and joined the team at Hillsboro Physical Therapy soon after. She is a self-declared “kinesiology geek”, fascinated and inspired by the mechanics of body movement and greatly enjoys helping people learn to move and strengthen more safely and effectively. This interest motivated her to become a Registered Yoga Teacher, which she achieved in 2017. Caroline is also certified in the Astym system, which promotes soft tissue healing, and the Sportsmetrics™ ACL injury prevention program and is a member of the Oregon Physical Therapy Association (OPTA).

In her free time, Caroline likes to run trails, practice yoga, walk the neighborhood, or curl up with a good book.
