Explosive Strength Training

Are you an early riser? Jeff’s Explosive Strength Training morning class starts your day with a satisfying full workout based on explosive strength and power. Following a comprehensive dynamic warm-up, this class includes mat work to target your hips, medicine ball exercises to challenge your core, kettle bell lifts for both lower and upper body, and box jump routines to increase power and aerobic endurance.

Circuit Training

Allison’s Circuit Training class offers a series of innovative, integrated circuits, carefully designed to build strength and improve functional movement, balance, mobility and circulation. The smaller group size of these classes allows close attention to detail and effective feedback for best results.

Interval Cycle Training

Jeff’s Interval Cycle Training is designed for avid cyclists looking to stay fit year-round and includes work in the saddle as well as hip and core strengthening exercises. Classes are offered in 6-week intervals where each week builds on the last. As the complexity of movement progresses and load on the body increases, so will your power and endurance. Bring your own bike, trainers provided but limited!

Speed is a Skill

Feeling like you’ve hit a plateau in your training? Doing tons of fitness work but not getting much faster? You may need to develop your speed skills and basic coordination. Combining elements of Functional Range Conditioning, Kinstretch, plyometrics, and basic balance and core stability, this class is focused on making you a more complete athlete by improving your movement skills. Each week will build on the previous week over the course of the class, leaving you more stable and powerful just in a short amount of time.

FRESH Bootcamp

FRESH Bootcamp uses body weight movements, bands, balls, pull-up bars, boxes, free weights and ropes to ensure a well-rounded, balanced workout for your body. Whether you are a high-performance athlete or just looking to stay fit and strong, this class provides the tools to help you achieve your fitness goals. Becca strives to make everything modifiable and challenging in order to support every type of athlete participating. We are all athletes in our own way and deserve the best for our bodies. FRESH Foundation

Weak hips? Need to activate your glutes? Core not strong enough? Need to stretch out your body? If you answered yes to any of these questions, come out FRESH Foundation and do all the sh*t we should do, but don’t! This 1-hr class focuses on our foundational strength through better utilization of our deep stabilization muscles. Each class starts with a thorough dynamic warm-up, then moves into integrated hip/glute and core strengthening of various kinds. These exercises may include dynamic balance, power, and explosiveness to appropriate challenge our athletic foundation. Class will usually end with foam rolling and/or stretching to aid in the recovery process. Join us and get those stabilizers to turn on and create a more balanced you! FYI – There is NOT a big cardio focus for this class.

High School Distance Runners Strength Program

We are excited to offer a professional strength program to high school mid to long distance athletes who are serious about improving their performance, building strength to prevent injuries, and becoming a more efficient runner. We will be offering a 6-week program that includes two 1-hour sessions per week. Our goal is to not only build strength in these runners throughout the 6 weeks, but also to provide each runner with a home program that they can use to maintain their strength after the program ends. We have seen amazing results with these sessions in the past and we are excited to keep it going this year. We are only offering 15 slots for this exclusive strength program. When: Mon and Wed 4:30PM – 5:30PM starting Feb 5th and ending March 14th
