Peter Dills is an outstanding PT. His depth of understanding of body mechanics never ceases to amaze me. He always has an adjustment or modification, or progression to offer if any of the therapeutic exercises are not working for me. The front desk staff is so kind and welcoming.

Absolutely the best care I have received from any PT has been with Dr. Britt Lademann at PACE. She has provided evidence based, well thought out treatments that meet my goals of becoming an athlete again. After a year of and a half of life changing, sport induced tendinopathy, with no improvement from other PTs, I am finally making major strides in recovery. Developing exercise programs to rebuild tendons is a delicate science. The exercises I am given address the root cause of the issue using the most up to date methods. I feel like I am at an athlete’s PT, where they are trying to get me back to full function, not just prescribe the same, tired, simple pain mitigation strategies.
Don’t waste your time at other PTs.
A tremendous thank you to Dr. Lademann and the team at PACE for helping me start to get my life back 🙏

Brittany did an excellent job narrowing down where the pain in my foot was coming from and what excercises I need to do. I highly recommend her.

While each aspect of setting SMART goals matters, what truly distinguishes the successful endeavors from the unsuccessful is whether or not the goals matter to the person setting them. When a goal is autonomous there is a greater willingness to push toward success, even in the face of adversity.
Goals fall within two basic categories — outcome goals and process goals. One rarely works without the other — what you want (your outcome goal) depends on you focusing on all the things you will need to do to achieve it (your process goals) and success does not lie solely...
