Michael McCastle


Mike is a certified Performance and Mental Strength Coach with over a decade of experience. He has worked with elite military units, Olympic and national level athletes as well as corporate leaders and their teams as a coach, consultant, speaker and team builder. Additionally, as a Certified Rock Steady Boxing Coach, Mike is one of only a small handful of trainers in the region that is qualified to train athletes with Parkinson’s Disease (stages 1-4).

As an endorsed athlete, Mike holds 4 World Records in human endurance through a charitable initiative he founded called ‘Twelve Labors Project’, helping to raise over $200k for numerous non-profit organizations. His expertise in human performance and and physical efforts have been the feature of a wide array media outlets such as: Men’s Health Magazine, USA Today, FOX & NBC News, The New York Times, The Navy Times, and U.S. Veterans Magazine. On his free time, Mike is pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Sport Psychology full-time and enjoys hiking with his pup, Atlas.
