Massage Therapy at Portland PACE
Massage is a powerful tool for both the athlete and the non-athlete. Any athlete can benefit from massage, and it is most important for massage to fit the athlete’s need and training plan. Athletes tend to know their bodies very well, and it’s easier for an athlete therapist to understand the muscular need of any sport. An athlete can benefit substantially from the correct massage, appropriately matched with their particular training cycle.
Runners Strength Training Program
We are excited to offer a professional strength program to the everyday runner who wants to build strength to prevent injuries, improve their performance, and become a more efficient runner. This is a 6-week program that starts Jan 15th (Jan 15 to Feb 19th - Tuesday 6pm to 7pm).

Strength Training for Endurance Athletes at Portland PACE
Classes begin with a dynamic warm-up focusing on core activation, muscle preparation (using Trigger Point Therapy products), coordination, balance and mobility. The main portion of each session will incorporate exercises combining balance, mobility, power and speed.
