Todd Cruz - Northwest Portland Physical Therapy

Todd J Cruz

Todd graduated from Oregon State University (Go Beavs!) in 1992 and went on to earn his Master of Physical Therapy in 1995 at the Mayo School of Health-Related Sciences in Rochester, MN. He started practicing outpatient orthopedic physical therapy with Therapeutic Associates in 1995, with an emphasis on spine care using exercise and manual therapy techniques.

In 1999, Todd became Director of NW Portland Physical Therapy, and while continuing with spine and general orthopedic care, his practice increased emphasis on working with local high school and recreational athletes. He is certified in Sportsmetrics Performance Training, ASTYM™ technique, and is a Level II TPI Golf Fitness Medical Professional. Todd has worked with cyclists and triathletes since 1996, performing bike fitting to improve their comfort, efficiency, and power on the bike.

Outside of work, Todd enjoys cycling, snowboarding, golfing, and spending time with his wife, Molly. Additionally, he is constantly trying to keep up with their two children, Logan and Kaitlyn.

Caitlin Martini

PT, DPT
Physical Therapist

Caitlin made the move from Michigan to Portland, Oregon in January 2018. She received her undergraduate degree in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience at the University of Michigan and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Oakland University. Caitlin enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and strives to individualize treatment for each of her patients.

Her primary areas of interests include manual therapy, injury prevention and rehabilitation in runners, and women’s health. During her graduate education Caitlin also gained experience treating neurological conditions including adult and pediatric patients and post-surgical ICU patients.

In her spare time, she loves to run, hike, cook, read, and spend time with her husband.

Jessica Bierly


Administrative Supervisor

Jessica is a native Oregonian and graduated from Pacific University with a Bachelors in Exercise Science and minor in Photography. While in school, she was introduced to youth coaching through her community soccer program and Special Olympics, wedding photography and her fiancé, Mitch. Together they enjoy spending their time outdoors with their puppy, wine tasting, trying new foods and craft beers and going to concerts.

Jessica enjoys running half marathons, hiking, kayaking, soccer, and tennis. As an extremely active person, she strives to encourage others to live healthy and active lifestyles as well.
