Caitlin made the move from Michigan to Portland, Oregon in January 2018. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience from the University of Michigan in 2013 and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Oakland University in 2017. She is certified in the ASTYM™ technique and is pursuing advanced education in manual therapy through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT) and pelvic floor rehabilitation through Herman & Wallace. She is eager to utilize these skills with injury prevention and rehabilitation in the running population. During her graduate education, Caitlin also gained experience treating neurological conditions including adult and pediatric patients, as well as rehabilitating post-surgical ICU patients.

Caitlin enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and is passionate about shared decision making in order to individualize the patient’s rehabilitation experience. Her goal is to help improve her patient’s quality of life through functional training, manual therapy, and education. Caitlin looks forward to providing evidence-based treatment stemming from her continuous involvement in research throughout her undergraduate and graduate education. Her research background includes ACL injury prevention and breast cancer survivor rehabilitation.

Outside of work, Caitlin loves exploring the Pacific Northwest. She is often running or hiking with her husband and dog, visiting the coast, or trying to become a better cook.
