About

Bailey has worked with Therapeutic Associates since 2012 and helped with expansion to South Hillsboro in 2018 as the Clinic Director. She has 10 years of experience treating a range of orthopedic, neuromuscular and neurodevelopmental issues. She received her Undergraduate and Master’s degrees from Northern Illinois University, where she played softball and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from University of Medical Sciences Arizona, with an emphasis in pediatric care.

She is a Certified Manual Physical Therapist (CMPT) through North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy, has ASTYM certification and is involved in the Portland Pediatric Special Interest Group. She strives toward providing holistic care that serves the patient and their family to the best of her ability, taking extra time and effort when needed. She possesses a sense of humility, compassion and empathy when working with patients, working well with varying personal and family circumstances. She meets patients where they are at and works with them to elevate their quality of life and achieve their goals.

Bailey enjoys spending time with her husband, two young children and their dog. Her free time is filled with friends and family, traveling, hiking and playing or coaching softball.
