Bailey Ouellette - South Hillsboro Physical Therapy

Bailey Ouellette, PT, DPT

Clinic Director | Physical Therapist

Bailey has worked with Therapeutic Associates since 2012 and helped with expansion to South Hillsboro in 2018 as the Clinic Director. She has 8 years of experience treating a range of orthopedic, neuromuscular and neurodevelopmental issues. She received her Undergraduate and Master’s degrees from Northern Illinois University and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from University of Medical Sciences Arizona, with an emphasis in pediatric care.

She is a Certified Manual Physical Therapist (CMPT) through North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy, has ASTYM certification and is involved in the Portland Pediatric Special Interest Group. She strives toward providing holistic care that serves the patient and their family to the best of her ability, taking extra time and effort when needed. She possesses a sense of humility, compassion and empathy when working with patients, working well with varying personal and family circumstances.

Bailey enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, friends and family, traveling, hiking and playing or coaching softball.

Zach Jones - Beaverton Physical Therapy

Zach Jones, PT, DPT

Clinic Director | Physical Therapist

Zach has been working for Therapeutic Associates since 2001. He received his undergraduate degree from Boston College and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northwestern University. Zach has achieved Level III training from the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT) and has certification in ASTYM and Sportsmetrics for ACL prevention. 

In his spare time, Zach enjoys golfing, biking, and spending time with his wife, Kim, and twin daughters, Courtney and Kelsey.

Paul Wilson

Paul Wilson, PT, DPT, ATC

Paul received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Pacific University and Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Azusa Pacific University. In addition to a Physical Therapist, Paul is also a licensed Athletic Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and a Certified Manual Physical Therapist.

Paul is passionate about helping his clients live an active lifestyle and be able to enjoy their hobbies pain free while performing at their highest levels. In his free time Paul enjoys backpacking, running, cross country skiing, and spending time outdoors with his wife and son.

Irene Morrow - Therapeutic Associates South Hillsboro Physical Therapy

Irene Morrow, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Irene began working with Therapeutic Associates in November 2020. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Whittier College, in Southern California. She went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Touro University Nevada. She enjoys working with people of all ages but is most passionate about working with the pediatric population. Her passion for working with children began with her first job in high school as a swim instructor/lifeguard. She hopes to continue working with pediatric patients throughout her career.

Irene was born in Japan and moved to the United States when she was three years old. Since then, she has lived in five different states (California, Nevada, Idaho, Utah, and Oregon) and has decided to settle down here in Oregon. Outside of the clinic she enjoys baking, going to the gym, swimming, and hiking. One day, Irene hopes to eat her way around the world while traveling and experiencing many different types of cultures

Brandy Poole - Therapeutic Associates South Hillsboro Physical Therapy

Brandy Poole

Administrative Coordinator

Brandy began with Therapeutic Associates in December of 2016 at our Beaverton location. Previously, she worked at a pediatric clinic and enjoyed the daily life and joy that working with children can bring. She joined Bailey over at the South Hillsboro Clinic in September of 2018, where Bailey sees a great number of patients that are children. She loves working with people and has a passion for helping others. She was born and raised in Bend, living and growing up in the great outdoors and enjoying all the benefits that the PNW has to offer. She loves playing rec soccer and riding her motorcycle when the weather permits.
