H. Patrick Corrigan - St. Helens Physical Therapy

H. Patrick Corrigan, PT, MS

Clinic Director | Physical Therapist

Pat was born and raised in Bend, Oregon. Upon completing a Biology degree at Carroll College in Helena, MT, he entered Pacific University in Forest Grove, OR and received a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy. Pat has been part of Therapeutic Associates since 1992 and started his career at Therapeutic Associates Beaverton Physical Therapy. He became clinical director of Therapeutic Associates St. Helens Physical Therapy in 1995. St. Helens Physical Therapy specializes in orthopedic manual therapy.

Pat works with musculoskeletal disorders of the spine and extremities and has special interest in shoulder and spinal dysfunction and postoperative rehabilitation. He enjoys working with people of all ages and helping them improve function and achieve maximum recovery.

Growing up in Central Oregon, Pat learned to love the outdoors, sports, and recreational activities of all kinds. He enjoys spending time with his wife Miranda and 4 boys: Jase, Cole, Trey, and Bret.


Jennifer Cross, PT, MPT

Physical Therapist

Jennifer has her undergraduate degree from Oregon State University and she earned her Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of the Pacific (Stockton, CA). Jennifer has been a PT with TAI since 1997; focusing on outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation. Jennifer uses her clinical knowledge to effectively treat and meet the individual needs of each patient. She has taken a variety of continuing education courses to develop her skills in educating patients and to assist them in achieving their rehabilitation goals.

Calli Jackson, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Calli received her Bachelor of Science degree from Azusa Pacific University (Azusa, CA), while participating in collegiate level basketball, and later received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Western University of Health Sciences (Pomona, CA). She recently joined TAI as a physical therapist in 2017.

Calli has performed several leadership roles throughout her schooling and intends to utilize those skills as well as her athletic background to meet the individualized needs of her patients. Her training includes manual therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, and utilization of therapeutic exercise to treat a variety of diagnoses. Calli intends on further enhancing her clinical skills as an an orthopedic physical therapist, with a special interest in manual therapy and women’s health.

Outside of the clinic, Calli enjoys activities such as crafts, playing basketball, cooking, and movies.

Vincent Capellino - St Helens Physical Therapy

Vincent Capellino, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Vincent received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, CA in August 2018. Before that, he played Division II collegiate basketball at California State University, East Bay in Hayward, CA where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. Vincent became passionate Physical Therapy and movement of the human body when he was introduced to the profession from his high school basketball coach, who was a physical therapist.

Vincent has a passion for treating a variety of patients of all ages. He enjoys being able to build a rapport and challenge patients in a fun way, that suits their goals. In the future, he would like to pursue advanced educational certificates in manual therapy (MTC) as well as an orthopedic specialty (OCS).

Apart from Physical Therapy, Vincent enjoys playing basketball, lifting weights, and exploring new places and hiking with his dog, Atlas. He would like to travel to new places out of the country to gain new experiences.


Nicole Snider, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

Nicole is a graduate of the Physical Therapy Assistant program at Mt. Hood Community College and has been practicing with Therapeutic Associates as a PTA since 2003. She enjoys working with and treating a variety of patients but takes a personal interest in TMD and spinal rehabilitation. She also started working with the BreathWorks program in 2005 and has found it to be a challenging and exciting addition to her career. She plans to expand her knowledge of stress management and breathing techniques in order to better treat patients with breathing dysfunctions.

Nicole has lived her entire life in the Pacific Northwest and enjoys hiking, playing softball, photography, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog – Miller.
