I (somewhat tongue-in-cheek) tell people I gave my all supporting the Oregon State Beavers at the 2016 Civil War football game with arch rivals University of Oregon Ducks! Somehow, going up and down the concrete steps, I injured my Medial Meniscus, and my primary physician suggested physical therapy and a conservative course of treatment. Over the course of six weeks or so, my therapist was Bret Reordan, and I could not be more pleased with his professionalism and the positive results he has achieved. I have never had any knee problems, surgeries, or physical therapy needs before–at almost 70, this in itself is a miracle!–and I didn’t know what to expect. Happily, it was a positive experience, and I have sung the praises of Bret specifically, and Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy’s facility and personnel overall, to friends and family.
