Anneke is a born and raised Oregonian, from the small town of Lakeview in the southeast part of the state. While growing up, she was involved in athletics, music, dance and leadership. Before attending college, she served as the Oregon FFA State President. She graduated with honors from Oregon State University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in BioResource Research. Anneke found her passion for coaching, mentoring and exercise exemplified in physical therapy, and graduated from Northern Arizona University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in May 2015.
Her interests are in pelvic floor and orthopedic physical therapy, as well as health promotion and disease prevention. She enjoys approaching each patient with the perspective that education and understanding of their diagnosis helps people get to the level of function and quality of life they desire. Exercise and manual therapy are the key interventions for the diagnoses that Anneke treats.
Anneke and her husband Russel love the Pacific Northwest for it’s fishing, hiking, hunting and crabbing. When not outdoors, she loves playing volleyball and cooking.
