Since 1989, David Standifer has been a part of the Therapeutic Associates team. Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree from Willamette University he then went on to pursue Physical Therapy at the University of Puget Sound. He then became a partner of TAI in 1993 and shortly after President of the Oregon Physical Therapy Independent Practice (OPTIP). Continuing the growth of TAI around the Rogue Valley, Dave opened the Central Point clinic where he currently practices.

Growing up involved with University of Oregon athletics a great passion was gained for not only the Oregon Ducks, but sports and sports medicine. Playing both at the high school and collegiate levels this passion has carried over into his profession where he strives to bring injured athletes back to their full potential. Certified in both ASTYM and SportsMetrics, these methods have been applied to many athletes around the Rogue Valley bringing them back to their game.

Dave has a broad range of skills in physical therapy that include a keen interest in the treatment of extremity injuries. He finds that rehabilitation through strength gain and functional activity provides patients with positive results.
