Great experience! I had pain and issues related to having 4 children. I now don’t have the issues I went in for and have been able to build some strength that has helped me tremendously in my busy life.
The staff and the Dr were amazing, kind and very helpful. I’ve been given exercises and tools to help me start feeling like the old me. I’m excited to be able to workout without being in pain in the future. As silly as it sounds, I wish I could still keep going!
I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Carolyn Forrester is a kind, caring, and knowledgeable physical therapist. I saw her for postpartum pelvic floor issues and she did a great job explaining to me what was going on and how to properly do the exercises I needed to do to fix it. With her guidance I was able to make significant progress in just a few weeks. Highly recommend Dr. Forrester for anyone seeking pelvic floor therapy!
