Lindy is a native of the Pacific Northwest, living here through college where she received her Bachelor of Science in Life Science with a minor in Sports Exercise from the University of Portland in 2009. In Portland, she pursued her passion for athletics and physical rehabilitation by working with Division I athletes in the athletic training room for several years. She went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2013.
Lindy has experience working with patients of all ages and enjoys planning individualized treatment programs based on each patient’s needs and goals. She specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation for patients of all fitness levels, using a combination of manual therapy, soft tissue mobilization, and movement (therapeutic exercise and stretching) to regain function and prevent future injuries. She looks forward to pursuing further education in orthopedics, as well as taking courses in manual therapy from the North American Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT).
Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and running in the beautiful NW scenery, attending local sporting events, volunteering in the medical tent at running events (Training for a race? Ask if she’ll be there!), trying any and all new restaurants in the area, and spending time with her friends and family.
