This 12-week series is an invigorating and therapeutic class designed to strengthen the body and stretch the mind in a safe environment. Classes are designed to emphasize meditative awareness through breathing, alignment and mindfulness. The slow practice focuses on rejuvenating the body, quieting the mind and opening yourself up to new possibilities.
Each class is unique by incorporating a variation of practices and techniques throughout the series. This is an all levels class, appropriate for beginners and those wanting to deepen their practice.
This 12-week series focuses on poses that promote relaxation and restoration. The poses help to relieve tension, chronic stress and fatigue caused by our everyday lives.
Each restorative sequence is designed for comfort allowing the body time to explore new sensations while settling into the poses. The use of props will cultivate full relaxation as we focus on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. This is an all levels class.
This 4-week pre/post-natal yoga series will use yoga postures, breathing, and meditation to help ease pregnancy, delivery, and the after effects of birth. The classes will create strength, focus, flexibility, and awareness through a safe and gentle yoga practice designed especially for the pregnant woman’s needs. The series is also great for new mommies who want to get back into their practice. No previous yoga experience is required and this is open to all mothers and mothers to be.
