Chris Parisi

Physical Therapist

Chris is a graduate of the Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program from the University of St. Augustine in San Diego, CA. Chris grew up in the San Diego area and obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology and minor in Italian Language and Culture from San Diego State University. He is a former collegiate lacrosse player, and coach of five years.

Chris joins Therapeutic Associates after beginning his career as a traveling PT in the setting of acute orthopedics in Reno, NV, and working in acute care in Spokane.

His clinical focus is in manual orthopedic treatment of over-use, sport-specific, and traumatic injury of the musculoskeletal system. His goals are to improve patient body awareness and decrease risk of injury to maintain quality of life and access to adventure. Chris’ special clinical interest is in the evaluation and treatment of distance runners and other endurance athletes. At this time Chris is working towards obtaining the Manual Therapy Certification from The University of St. Augustine, which focuses on treatment of the spine and extremities with advanced techniques.

Chris enjoys running races, practicing yoga, playing soccer, camping and rock climbing with his wife, group exercise, gardening, and cooking
