Belen Vala-Haynes, PT, DPT

Belen has experience in outpatient physical therapy working with patients of all ages and activity levels and all types of musculoskeletal injuries. She is well versed in sports and orthopedic injuries, chronic pain, chronic disease management, functional rehabilitation, and optimizing athletic performance.


Her treatment philosophy focuses on developing individualized treatment plans, with an emphasis on manual therapy, to provide each patient with a healing touch to maximize their outcomes.

When not in the clinic, you may find Belen hiking or mountain biking in the Gorge, surfing at the Oregon Coast, running in Forest Park, or trying out local foodie destinations with her husband, Tony.

Dina Peganoff - Vancouver Physical Therapy

Dina Peganoff, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Dina Peganoff earned her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy in 2016 from the University of Findlay in Ohio. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Liberal Studies in 1997 from Barry University in Florida with honors and her Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapy Assistance from the Pennsylvania State University. Dina’s graduate research focused on Parkinson’s Disease and improving quality of life through the LSVT®BIG program and she assisted with amputee rehabilitation clinical research through the University of Miami School of Medicine during her undergraduate studies.

Dina is a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor through the Titleist Performance Institute, completed McKenzie training part A and B for the spine and is a certified Graston practioner. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and helping them to achieve overall health. She has experience in treating a variety of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses and has a particular interest in the treatment of spinal disorders, sports and vocational injuries. She enjoys learning and enhancing her clinical skills by pursuing continuing education in manual therapy through the North American Institute of Manual Therapy and will be ASTYM certified in March.

Dina is originally from northwestern Pennsylvania but now calls southwest Washington her home. She enjoys playing golf, mountain biking, skiing and is a member of the Mount Hood Ski Patrol.

Katie Kemp - Vancouver Physical Therapy

Katie Kemp

Administrative Supervisor

Katie was raised in Coos Bay, OR. She has always had a love for sports and participated in softball, soccer, and track & field since elementary school and continued with track & field through college. She still holds Marshfield High School’s all-time records dating back to 1960 and freshman and Coos County records in shot put and discus. She went back and coached track & field for four years to give back to the community and give those athletes the great experience that she had while competing.

After college, she started her ongoing 14-year career working in Physical Therapy and has worked for Therapeutic Associates for eight years. She enjoys working with people and watching the progress that patients experience with Physical Therapy. Outside of the clinic, she loves spending time with her daughter and her activities and spending quality time with family and friends. She also enjoys spending time in the outdoors camping on the lakes, rivers, and beaches, riding ATV’s on the dunes, and playing on a summer softball league.
