Chris received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Washington in 2000. Prior to that, she received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Central Washington University in 1997. Chris returned to the Tri Cities and joined the Richland Physical Therapy staff in 2000.

Chris has continued her education and skill development with the North American Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy and was certified by the APTA as Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist in 2008.

Chris grew up in the Tri Cities and is Hanford High alumni. She enjoys the outdoor sports and activities that this area is known for, including biking, horseback riding, hiking and boating with family and friends.

Physical Therapist Assistant

Amanda is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and Massage Therapist who joined our team in September as a traveling therapist, and later signed on permanently.  She is  2005 graduate of Mount Hood Community College’s Physical Therapist Assistant program, and a 2010 graduate of the Blue Mountain Academy for the Healing Arts’ Massage Therapist program.  She was born and raised in La Grande, OR, and worked at an outpatient clinic there for ten years before spending a little over a year as a traveling PTA.  Amanda’s professional interests include: craniosacral therapy, strain / counterstrain, muscle energy and other manual therapies; aquatic therapy, therapeutic exercise, and hippotherapy.  Her personal interests include: riding and training horses, art and photography, playing violin, boating, fishing, travel, and short-term medical missions.
