Week 3:

Guided movements to help relieve aches in your neck, back, shoulders and hips from working at home.

Week 4:

More guided movements to alleviate aches you may be feeling in your neck, back, shoulders and hips resulting from longer durations of sitting in your at-home work environment.

Week 5:

Stretches and activities to help relieve the everyday tensions you may be experiencing in your neck, back, shoulders and hips.
