Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy has concluded physical therapy services at our Oregon Medical Group (OMG) location in Eugene. Our last day was October 16, 2025.

Our therapists and staff from our OMG Country Club location have transitioned to other nearby Therapeutic Associates clinics, including our West Eugene location. 

We remain dedicated to the health and well-being of our patients and the greater Eugene community, and we are honored to continue serving you through our other local Therapeutic Associates locations.
