eastwind daily run

Main Street Run Club

Every Monday | 6:30 pm
Come hang out with some friends at our new run club meeting at our clinic in Oregon City! We will meet at Therapeutic Associates Oregon City Physical Therapy at 104 Molalla Ave. at 6:30 PM. From there you will be led on a 3-5 mile run on local trails and streets around the city. We will come back to the clinic and stretch for a post-run stretch, foam roll and snacks.

Yoga Basics - Summer Series

Yoga is a great way to build strength, increase flexibility, and stimulate greater bone density. It also develops mental focus, mindfulness, and breath and body awareness. Join us for a summer of alignment-focused yoga where we will explore and practice the proper alignment of the most common yoga poses and how to use props and pose modification to safely accommodate limitations in flexibility, strength, and stability.

The Rotator Cuff

Is it difficult for you to reach over your head, put something on a high shelf, pick up your child or grandchild, put on your jacket or seatbelt, or do you have a hard time getting to sleep at night because of shoulder pain? If so you likely need to learn more about the rotator cuff and what you can do to prevent problems with your shoulder. In this community workshop lecture we will go in depth about what causes you to have these problems, why they happen, and what you can do today to solve your particular shoulder issue!

Summer Strength Program for High School Mid/Long Distance Runners

July 02, 2018 - August 31, 2018 | 7am - 8am
Serious about improving your performance? Running specialist Chloe Hallyburton, DPT, has designed an 8-week training program that will include strength training, injury prevention, footwear education, and gait analysis. This program includes two 1-hour sessions per week over the summer. This is the optimal time for you to train in the off-season to prepare your body for the fall season!
