Upcoming Session Details

Portland PACEWe are excited to offer a professional strength program to high school mid to long distance athletes who are serious about improving their performance, building strength to prevent injuries, and becoming a more efficient runner.

We will be offering a 6 week program that includes two 1-hour sessions per week.

Our goal is to not only build strength in these runners throughout the 6 weeks, but also to provide each runner with a home program that they can use to maintain their strength after the program ends. We have seen amazing results with these sessions in the past and we are excited to keep it going this year.

We are only offering 15 slots for this exclusive strength program. First come first served, so please contact us to reserve your spot, asap!

Monday & Wednesday from 4:30pm-5:30 pm starting February 5th and ending March 14th.

$300 per athlete for the 6 week program. $50 discount for 2nd family member.
