Our highly trained personal training staff is ready to help you meet your fitness goals. Whether you are an experienced athlete who needs help working on optimizing their sport or weightlifting performance, or you are new to fitness training and need help getting started, we have you covered. Our staff will get to know you and your goals and set a plan that is tailored just to you.
Training services tailored to you.
We offer both private one-on-one sessions and semi-private small group sessions with no more than four people. We have a variety of weightlifting equipment including squats racks, competition quality plates, kettlebells, hex bars and traditional barbells as well as bamboo and training bars. We utilize cardio equipment like the Echo Bike, Concept 2 row machine and True Form trainer curved treadmill. We can also tailor down a program to focus on more bodyweight or light weightlifting and training as well.
Now Certified in Barbell Rehab Method.
If you are experiencing pain or have had an injury that has made return to weightlifting difficult, we recommend you set up an evaluation with one of our physical therapists who are certified in the Barbell Rehab Method. Our PTs will evaluate your movements and help you find the re-entry point needed to safely return to lifting without pain. Lifting is a part of life and is often avoided due to fear of injury but is one of the best things you can do to prevent injury. We want to help you get back to your normal activities.
