Adam is a Long Island, New York native who earned his degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware in 2003. He also attained his Bachelor’s degree in biology with minors in chemistry and nutrition from the University of Delaware. While at Delaware he was a member of the football team as a defensive end and tight end. He joined Therapeutic Associates after leaving his practice in Los Angeles in 2011, and is the Clinic Director of TAI at Stafford Hills Club in Tualatin. Adam specializes in postural, gait, and running analysis, as well as sports rehabilitation, injury rehabilitation and a specialty focus in chronic pain treatment techniques and education. He has spent a lot of time travelling around the country, learning and adapting new treatment techniques, understanding the needs of patients are complex and varied. He also enjoys educating his patients in ways to stay healthy and spreading the importance of Physical Therapy and movement to whomever he meets.
Adam enjoys working with all patient populations. He focuses on each individual’s injury and its relation to their function, realizing that patients’ goals are the most important aspect of physical therapy. He also addresses every biomechanical issue that may affect future activity. Adam has an interest in improving sports performance and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the NSCA as well as holding a level 1 certification with USA Weightlifting.
Adam enjoys spending most of his free time with his wife and three kids and also finding time to run, bike, hike, travel, coach his kids and woodwork.
