Ali Ohashi, originally from Olympia, WA, is a passionate advocate for sports and wellness. A competitive soccer player since childhood, Ali continued her athletic journey at Gonzaga University, where she earned All-WCC Honorable Mention as a defensive player. She holds a Master of Science (MS) Degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in Sport Psychology from Boise State University. After her master’s studies, Ali was hired as adjunct faculty at BSU, for which she taught courses in sport psychology and exercise psychology. For the past two years, Ali has worked as an aide at the SE Boise Clinic for Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy. Eager to deepen her knowledge of outpatient physical therapy, she is now stepping into the role of Lead Administrative Coordinator at the NW Boise Clinic. Beyond her work at TAI, she trains adult athletes in strength and conditioning at TruHit North Boise and coaches a youth girls soccer team for Idaho Rush. In her free time, Ali enjoys hiking in the foothills, trying new fitness challenges, and painting.
