Alicia Hayzlett

Alicia grew up in Troutdale, OR where she graduated from Reynolds High School in 2000. She went on to attend Mt. Hood Community College, where she was involved in many campus clubs and activities. She received her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant and joined Mid Valley Physical Therapy in 2004. She is also a Therapeutic Associates patient representative.

Alicia’s clinical interests have been centered on orthopedic and manual physical therapy. Over the years, she has taken several courses through the Institute of Physical Art, which emphasizes both evidence-based and functionally relevant PT interventions. She uses her education and clinical experience to carry out effective treatment plans to help patients reach their goals. In addition, she is also an American Physical Therapy Association certified clinical instructor and a Certified Augmented Soft Tissue Mobilization Provider.

Alicia loves physical therapy because of the interaction she gets with her patients and helping people achieve their health and wellness goals. In her free time, Alicia enjoys traveling, exercise, reading, and spending time with her husband, son, and daughter.
