Allison is a Spokane native who graduated from Central Valley High School in 2012. She went on to accept a soccer scholarship to New Mexico Highlands University in Las Vegas, New Mexico, where she studied biochemistry. Allison later transferred to Eastern Oregon University in La Grande, Oregon, to complete her collegiate soccer career and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry in 2017.
She continued her education at Pacific University in Hillsboro, Oregon, where she completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree in 2021. Following graduation, Allison completed a two-year Therapeutic Associates Orthopedic Residency Program, which included advanced coursework through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT) and mentorship under physical therapists specializing in manual therapy.
Through this training, Allison earned her certification in Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) and became a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT). She is also a Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, allowing her to support patients across a wide range of orthopedic and life-stage–specific needs.
Outside of the clinic, Allison enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, snowboarding, and being on the water. Her favorite activities include kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, and surfing at the lake.
