About

Cara received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Western University of Health Sciences, outside of Los Angeles. Before receiving her doctorate she got a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Western Washington University. Cara has always been very active. Cara was a competitive swimmer for over 10 years and continues to swim for fun now. She is also an avid runner and frequently participates in races around the U.S. Her active lifestyle eventually led her to a career in physical therapy. Cara’s clinical interest include working with general orthopedic conditions and sports injuries. Cara also has experience working with geriatric populations and working with patients on balance deficits and returning to walk. Cara is currently working on becoming a Certified Manual Physical Therapist (CMPT) through the North American Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT).

Outside of the clinic, Cara enjoys hiking, camping, running, swimming, cycling and being active. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
