Casey graduated summa cum laude from Mercer University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts. While in college, she served as an Organic Chemistry lab TA and worked as an English tutor, experiences that strengthened both her communication abilities and her commitment to helping others access the support they need.
Following graduation, Casey worked as an English teacher and tutor for students in grades K–12, where she fostered a passion for educational equity and individualized learning. She recently relocated to Oregon with her fiancé and began working at TAI to reconnect with her longstanding interest in healthcare. Casey is currently gaining clinical experience in preparation for applying to PT school, with the goal of specializing as a pelvic floor PT. She is particularly passionate about medical equity and women’s health advocacy, and in the future, she hopes to create a supportive, respectful environment for patients navigating the often vulnerable experience of pelvic floor physical therapy.
Outside of her professional life, Casey enjoys drawing, hiking, trying new foods, playing video games, and watching movies. She has a particular interest in storytelling and is passionate about well-crafted plotlines and scripts, so she is always open to discussions about film opinions.
