Cécile, PT, DPT was born and raised in the mountains of Salt Lake City, UT, where she grew up playing soccer, competed on swim and dive teams, and skied the Rocky Mountains every winter. She graduated from Westminster College in 2019 with her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy, and finished her 17-year-long soccer career playing on their Division II Women’s Soccer team.
Having been involved in sports her whole life, loving learning about human anatomy, and wanting to pursue a career in a helping profession, she continued her education by completing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Pacific University in Hillsboro, OR. Throughout her clinical experiences, Cécile had the opportunity to travel to many different locations and work in various settings including Orthopedic, Cardiorespiratory, Neurological, Acute Care, ICU, and Wound Care. She particularly enjoys working with individuals eager to return to their daily activities with confidence, those rehabilitating from sports injuries, and anyone interested in learning more about how their bodies heal and function.
In her free time, Cécile loves to play soccer recreationally, read books, and spend time doing outdoor activities with her husband and dog. Additionally, she has a love of traveling, playing trivia on Tuesday nights at her local brewery, and spending time with family and friends.
