Chelsie is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) graduate from Eastern Washington University. She previously studied Exercise Science and Health at the University of Idaho, where she competed on the Vandal’s Division 1 Women’s Soccer Team.
Chelsie completed Therapeutic Associates’ Orthopedic Residency Program, receiving manual therapy training through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT) to become a Certified Manual Physical Therapist (CMPT). She is also a certified Astym® Provider, specializing in instrument-assisted soft tissue treatment to address restrictions and improve outcomes. Additionally, Chelsie has advanced training in dry needling and is working towards her Intramuscular Needling Endorsement in Washington State.
Passionate about helping patients of all ages, Chelsie specializes in treating athletes, managing general orthopedic conditions, and supporting pre- and post-surgical recovery. She has a particular interest in low back and lower extremity conditions (foot/ankle, hip, and knee) and develops individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals. Chelsie also holds certifications in Functional Movement Screening (FMS) Level 1 and 2, along with additional training in female athletes, blood flow restriction (BFR), and runners. She integrates these skills to guide patients through safe return-to-sport protocols and injury prevention.
Outside of the clinic, Chelsie is an avid soccer player competing in local adult leagues and tournaments across the Pacific Northwest. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three cats, exploring local cuisine, and enjoying the outdoors.
