Chelsie is a graduate from Eastern Washington University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. Prior to attending EWU, she studied Exercise Science and Health and competed on the Vandal’s D1 Women’s Soccer Team at the University of Idaho. Chelsie is a graduate of Therapeutic Associate’s Orthopedic Residency Program. This included advanced training in manual therapy through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT) to become a Certified Manual Physical Therapist (CMPT). In addition, she studied to become a certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) through the American Physical Therapy Association.

Chelsie is also a certified Astym® Provider (an instrument assisted soft tissue treatment) which allows her to address tissue restrictions and achieve better outcomes more efficiently. With Functional Movement Screening Level 1 and 2 certifications, Chelsie integrates screening for return to sport and training into her physical therapy treatments and community outreach.

Chelsie has a passion for working with all age groups and has clinical experience in treating athletes, general orthopedics, and pre/post-surgery with special interest in low back, foot/ankle, and knee conditions. She strives to improve each patient’s ability to reach their personal goals following an injury through individualized treatment programs.

Chelsie is an avid soccer player and remains an active participant in local adult leagues and tournaments throughout the Pacific Northwest. Outside the clinic she enjoys spending time with her husband and two cats, sampling local cuisine, and being outdoors.
