Cody attended Pacific University, School of Physical Therapy in Forest Grove, OR and received his Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy with distinction, in May of 2012. He has spent his professional career serving the Salem/Keizer region in order to ensure patient access to exceptional care. His clinical interests include orthopedics, occupational medicine, sports rehabilitation, and vestibular rehabilitation. Cody is a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy. He specializes in figuring out the reason why symptoms are present through in depth assessment which allows for greater outcomes and more successful return to the individual’s desired activity whether that be work, sport, or recreation.
Cody was born in Adelaide, South Australia and moved to Oregon in 1989 at the age of five. Growing up he participated in track and field, soccer, and basketball. Cody attended Western Oregon University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He has participated in a number of running events such as the Portland Marathon. Cody has also volunteered in a number of Special Olympic events such as athlete screening and training. In his free time, Cody enjoys spending time with his two boys and wife, fly-fishing, camping, hiking, kayaking, and running.
