About

Dr. Dylan Ito grew up on the Big Island of Hawaii and moved to Oregon to pursue his undergraduate degree in exercise science, followed by his Doctor of Physical Therapy at Pacific University. You might wonder why he chose to leave a warm, temperate climate for the cooler, rainier Pacific Northwest—the answer is simple: the people and the region’s unique geography.

During your initial physical therapy evaluation, you can expect an in-depth analysis of the factors contributing to your symptoms, along with a comprehensive plan designed to help you return to your pre-injury level of function. Dylan understands that pain and limited mobility can affect not only physical health but also mental and emotional well-being. Establishing a clear plan and setting realistic expectations are essential parts of the healing process, and he prioritizes both with every patient.

Dylan’s passion for physical therapy stems from his commitment to helping others and giving back to his community. As an Eagle Scout, he values service and enjoys working with individuals from all walks of life to help them move and feel better. He has a particular interest in treating musculoskeletal injuries, especially among weightlifters and individuals experiencing low back pain, using personalized, evidence-based approaches to optimize recovery.

In his free time, Dylan enjoys camping, spending time with family, and exploring great food.
