About

Emma earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of Wisconsin – Madison where she also completed her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Movement Science. Throughout her years in Madison, Emma took part in a variety of adapted sports programming, including adaptive rock climbing and fitness for people with disabilities. Prior to returning to school for physical therapy, Emma worked at a retirement community and assisted living facility running their activities department where she enjoyed planning weekly activities with the residents and leading daily exercise classes. Through these experiences, she has found a passion for helping people maintain a healthy lifestyle despite facing adversity.

Emma enjoys working with a variety of patient populations, including lower and upper extremity injuries, post-operative patients, dizziness and vertigo, and neurological conditions including multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease. Emma helps patients take an active role in their recovery and advocate for their well-being with a combination of therapeutic exercises and hands-on care.

Outside of the clinic, Emma enjoys all activities outdoors, including backpacking, rock climbing, and camping. Of course nothing beats an evening of reading with her two cats, Winston and Pip, on her lap.
